5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at jarart@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

7. Scheduling Demonstrations

Glassblowing demonstrations for your festival or event with the mobile studio start at a day rate of $1200 and are secured by a 50% deposit due at least 2 weeks in advance. A $200 late deposit fee applies for scheduling a last minute event outside of normal booking timelines if approved.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images and text, is owned by Jamie Adams Glass and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
