At Jamie Adams Glass, all of our products are custom-made, and as a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective while in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at jarart@outlook.com.
  • To process a claim, provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • We will review each case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jarart@outlook.com.
